How we work

Everything starts with a free visit to your property. We measure, we check the county rules for your lot, and we talk through what you want the space for. Then you get a site plan and a written price. If the numbers do not work for you, you keep the plan and owe us nothing.

What we will not do

Quote a price over the phone without seeing your lot.
Start work without permits.
Surprise you with change orders — your written price stands unless you change the scope. If material costs jump between your estimate and build day, you hear it from us first and approve it before anything moves forward.
Disappear after the check clears. We do a final walkthrough of every room with you.

Our partner builders

Construction is performed by our partner building teams — licensed Maryland home builders and licensed trade contractors for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Permits are pulled under the appropriate licenses, and inspections happen at every required stage.
